Call Us and Share Your Story
You can contact our admissions team through both phone and our online contact form. In your first conversation, we’ll learn about your struggles with substance use or mental health and answer questions about our programs. This call is your chance to tell us what’s going on and how we can help.
Personalized Intake & Insurance Verification
We conduct a comprehensive assessment of your physical health, mental health history, and substance use. We will check your insurance coverage, explain your payment choices, and explain how to use the Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA) to get time off work for treatment if needed. Our admissions team delivers information about program length and facilities to help you and your family members understand the program structure.
Your Individualized Treatment Plan
Using the information gathered, we curate a custom treatment plan. The treatment plan at Marietta Springs will handle substance use disorders and any existing mental health conditions that you have. We offer several levels of care, including:
- Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP): Our primary program. The program delivers 30 hours of organized clinical activities throughout each week from Monday to Saturday between 9 a.m. and 2:45 p.m. PHP delivers comprehensive therapy and skill development to clients who can go back to their homes or supportive housing during evening hours.
- Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP): The IOP program provides 9–15 hours of therapy per week to individuals who require less intensity than PHP or want flexible scheduling with both morning and evening sessions available.
- Outpatient Program (OP): The flexible treatment plan delivers 1–3 hours of therapy each week to patients who need to handle their work responsibilities, school obligations, and family responsibilities while continuing their ongoing care.
- Virtual Treatment: All levels of care can be offered virtually for clients who prefer or require remote services.
Begin Your Personalized Care
The treatment process begins after you set your first treatment appointment. The program includes daily and weekly sessions, which combine individual therapy with group work and holistic practices. Throughout your program, our team of licensed therapists, physicians, peer support specialists, and recovery coaches will guide you. Our approach starts by learning about current situations of each individual to create treatment plans that match their developmental requirements.
Aftercare and Long-Term Recovery
The recovery journey doesn’t end with the completion of a formal treatment program. At Marietta Springs, we go beyond immediate treatment to set you up for lifelong success. The alumni community maintains peer support groups and hosts events which enable graduates to maintain their connections after completing their treatment program.
