About Stacy Heng
Stacy Heng is a dedicated therapist with a passion for helping individuals build lasting recovery, strengthen their sense of identity, and create meaningful, fulfilling lives. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Special Education and her master’s degree in Human Services with a concentration in Addiction and Recovery from Liberty University. She is currently pursuing a second master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, the educational pathway toward becoming a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC).
Stacy’s clinical approach is rooted in trauma-informed, person-centered care. She believes that healing begins with understanding who we are, what we value, and how our life experiences have shaped us. Her areas of focus include identity development, self-awareness, core values exploration, addiction recovery, anxiety, depression, and helping clients build healthier relationships with themselves and the people they love.
Drawing from both professional training and meaningful personal life experiences, Stacy understands that recovery is about more than overcoming symptoms—it is about rebuilding a life worth living. She recognizes the significant role that family relationships and life experiences play in the healing process and strives to create a safe, compassionate environment where clients feel seen, respected, and empowered to grow.
Stacy considers it a privilege to walk alongside individuals as they discover hope, develop resilience, and move toward lasting change. She believes that combining evidence-based treatment with genuine compassion allows clients to not only recover but also rediscover their strengths and purpose.
Stacy believes that people are never finished growing. With hope, self-awareness, and the right support, she believes lasting change is possible, and she is honored to walk alongside clients as they discover the life they are capable of building.
