It consists of several constructive daily sessions devoted to creating healthy routines and recovering from addiction by developing practical coping skills. The daily program has provided me with renewed discipline to help keep my mind clutter-free and to help establish new routines for my recovery. As I move back into the community, I am much more confident in my ability to continue my recovery without relapse.
